A real team account: owners and managers make the logins, see who used what, and buy seats for the whole team.

New

• Team page: your team's name, logo and goal, seats used of paid, the team's shared minutes, and everybody on it.
• Add a person with a username and a password. Make a strong one or type your own, and email them their login if they have an email.
• People without an email sign in with their username. Their sign-in code goes to their manager.
• First sign-in with a temporary password asks the person to choose their own.
• Run your people: send a new login, reset a password, pause, turn back on, change the role, remove.
• Team passes: pay per seat for 30 or 90 days, one pool of minutes the whole team shares, add seats mid-pass, top up the pool.

Improved

• Owners and managers see every person's minutes. Members see the team and their own minutes, never anybody else's calls.
• The website moved to ear.axeleraterei.com, with release notes, help and pricing for teams.

Fixed

• The template menu beside the summary button opens downward, the way a menu should, and only opens upward when there is no room below.

The right icon everywhere

Task Manager, the Start menu and the desktop show the Ear's own icon instead of a blank page.

• The icon is redrawn as the gradient mark.

Individual or team, and you

Sign in as an individual or as a team, tell the coach about yourself, and install it like any Windows program.

New

• Two ways in: Individual, or Team or company.
• You: a photo and a few answers the coach reads to fit its wording to you.
• Uninstall from Settings > Apps, with a proper dialog.

Improved

• A headset plugged in after the app opened is found by itself within five seconds.

Fixed

• The installer showed as "Python" while it ran.

A new look, and live controls

Warm glass in light, midnight navy in dark, and three new buttons on the live screen.

• Mute: the Ear stops listening and stops counting minutes. Your call is not touched.
• See-through: fade the window so you can read the line and look at the camera.
• Summary after the call, with a template menu that includes your own templates.
