What's new in v1.4.0 · Teams
A real team account: owners and managers make the logins, see who used what, and buy seats for the whole team.
- Team page: your team's name, logo and goal, seats used of paid, the team's shared minutes, and everybody on it.
- Add a person with a username and a password. Make a strong one or type your own, and email them their login if they have an email.
- People without an email sign in with their username. Their sign-in code goes to their manager.
- First sign-in with a temporary password asks the person to choose their own.
- Run your people: send a new login, reset a password, pause, turn back on, change the role, remove.
- Team passes: pay per seat for 30 or 90 days, one pool of minutes the whole team shares, add seats mid-pass, top up the pool.
Installing it takes a minute
Run the file
It installs for you only, under your own account, so Windows never asks for an administrator password.
Windows warns once
You will see "Windows protected your PC", unknown publisher: we have not bought a code-signing certificate yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Sign in and start
Individual or Team or company. A six-digit code by email the first time on a new computer, then pick your two ears and press Start.

What you need
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with an internet connection. The listening and the coaching happen on our servers.
- An Axelerate account: the same one as the Academy, or make one free.
- A headset. Headphones keep your own speakers out of your microphone.
- Calls in English. The Vault it coaches from is written in English.
Installing questions
My company blocks installers. What now?
Ear installs per user, into your own folder, with no administrator password. If your company blocks even that, ask IT to allow "Axelerate Ear Setup.exe"; the SHA-256 above lets them check it is ours.
How do I update it?
Settings → About checks for a new version and offers the download. Run the new installer over the old one; your calls and settings stay.
How do I uninstall it?
Windows Settings → Apps → Axelerate Ear → Uninstall. Your saved calls and settings stay in your own folder unless you delete them.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. Transcribing and coaching run on our servers, which is also why no AI key sits on your laptop.
When is Mac coming?
Linux first, then Mac. A Mac build needs a Mac and Apple's developer account, and listening to a Mac's speakers works differently. Leave your email above and we write once, the day it is ready.
