Pricing questions
Why a pass and not a subscription?
Our payment provider takes one payment at a time, so a plan is a pass for 30 or 90 days. Nothing is charged again without you: the app and an email remind you three days before it ends.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
A call already running is never cut off. The next call waits until you top up (150 minutes for $5, never expire) or your next 30 days start.
Can I change plans?
Yes. A dearer plan starts the moment it is paid and what was left of yours moves to after it. The same or a cheaper one starts when your paid time ends.
Is there a free trial?
Better: 20 minutes every month are free, for as long as you like, with no card.
Do teams pay per seat or per minute?
Per seat, for 30 or 90 days, from three seats. Every seat brings 1,500 minutes every 30 days into one pool the whole team shares.
Refunds?
All sales are final. The refund policy says what happens if something goes wrong.
